What We Collect
We collect your email address when you sign in. We store the callsign (display name) you choose. We store the reviews you submit. We do not collect your real name, location, IP address in identifiable form, or payment information of any kind.
How We Use It
Your email is used solely for sending your login link. It is never displayed publicly, sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. Your callsign appears on reviews you submit. That is the only publicly visible piece of information tied to your account.
Authentication
Login is handled via Supabase, a secure third-party authentication provider. We use magic links — no passwords are stored. Supabase processes your email only to deliver the login link.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to remember your age verification for one year. We use Supabase session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
Data Retention
Your account and reviews remain until you request deletion. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will process the request within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Mapbox for map rendering (subject to Mapbox's privacy policy). Neither service receives your personal information beyond what is necessary for their function.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
JoesList is strictly for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware of such an account, it will be deleted immediately.
